Planet Energy Co. Ltd. (PECO) is a startup that was formed with the specific target of tackling greenhouse gases that are being emitted by the flaring or venting of fossil fuels.

During the current start-up period, PECO’s Research and Development programme has been funded solely by the founding members whilst an innovative solution was being sought.

The quest has involved examining how this highly polluting industrial gas waste could be eliminated by converting the gases into various commercial commodities, while adhering to a policy of zero emissions. This policy had to apply to both the processing of the chemical elements and to the supply of the energy needed to complete the industrial processes.

PECO has reached the stage of achieving the technical knowledge that is required in order to meet the challenge and overcome the problems involved. The company now needs to move on to the second stage of the process and produce a Digital Twin simulation software programme to verify the planned industrial system in order to demonstrate PECO’s technology. This will be followed by the requirement to build a ‘real-world’ laboratory scaled model in order to test and demonstrate an industrial version.

We are now ready to release a limited number of shares that will be discounted and offered to early investors. Depending on the investor type, PECO will apply for either SEIS or EIS to be applied to those shares.

The third stage will comprise of negotiations to deploy the system in a full-scale industrial environment. The company will remain flexible in how the third stage develops as it could involve several options:

1. Raise further capital by issuing shares to investors.

2. Licencing the technology to a large engineering company.

3. Selling the technology to a large engineering company.

4. An outright sale of PECO.

Investors are sought by PECO as either corporate or individuals who can add their expertise to any investment and be part of this process to reduce unnecessary pollutants being released into the atmosphere and simultaneously contribute to protecting our planet.
